25th Downtown reflects the intention of mixing classic elegance with modern creativity, both in design – tiled floor and wood paneled walls, highlighted here and there by bold colors –, and in the menu – brought to the table on a tablet. The foie gras comes with raspberry jelly, onion jam and a pain d’épices. Lamb chops are the house special, coated in a crunchy herb crust and served with a green pea puree and a demi-glace sauce – a dish well-balanced. Just as satisfying is the passion fruit mousse, covered with crunchy hazelnut chocolate and a tangy raspberry coulis – a dessert that truly melts in your mouth. The wine list is also well thought-out, listing labels from around Romania and the world.
