Chef: Cristian GHERGHE Akua Garden proposes a combination of elegance and modernism first visible in the design of the two spaces: the bar area, governed by wood and the deep blue of the sofas, and the restaurant area, suitable for large events. Daring and carefully presented is also the menu, with dishes such as the crispy pancake filled with turkey and porcini mushrooms, balanced by a lemon foam. An interesting combination is the flounder with calamari risotto and artichokes. Desserts follow the lead: the crispy caramelized apple pastry with banana ice cream delivers a warm-cold contrast of surprising freshness.
