Chef: Ashlie DIAS Located inside the Sheraton Hotel, and mostly favored for business lunches, Avalon relies on the same elegance of simplicity reflected both in the design, and in the international culinary proposition. The menu signed by Ashlie Dias is concise and focuses on the quality of ingredients – a true advantage when it comes to a starter such as the crab stuffed baby calamari, where the smooth filling perfectly complements the tender calamari. Simple and just as satisfying is the Prime Pork Chop, served with baked potatoes and broccoli, or the Poulet d’Auvergne – half a roast chicken with seared foie gras, truffle sauce, and spaetzle.
