Set in a historical building in the center of Bacău, with an eclectic design in shades of red, gray and beige, and a generous, bright space well divided for privacy, music down-low and amiable service, Bacchus Bistro Chic offers a varied menu, with clear French influences. Sauces are a central and ambitious element, be it the caramelized grilled shrimp, with an orange and ginger sauce, the pork ribs with mustard sauce, or the chicken breast in pomegranate sauce. Desserts complement the French experience, with the Façon Tatin apple tart or the Crêpes Suzette.
