Modernity and consistency would best define Baracca – a landmark in the city’s fine dining scene. The menu changes regularly, each dish reflecting the chef’s vision – Roland Suciu has an engineering background, which only begins to explain his preciseness and search for perfect balance. Tuna with shallot puree and black lentils or the foie gras with pear puree and pain d’épices are only some of the dishes that will please the eye and awake your taste buds. A more recent addition is the tasting menu, focused on local ingredients and overtly creative. To top it up, the wine list is exceptional and the service is flawless, friendly and definitely in line with the overall warm and classy atmosphere.
