As the name suggests, this bistro feels like Andreea Beca’s (chefand- owner) dining room extension. A small and cozy place, where you can enjoy a nice home-cooked style meal. The menu fits on one blackboard (drinks included), and is based on rather simple recipes yet nicely interpreted. The list doesn’t change often, but you can expect variations based on what’s fresh at the market. House’s favorites include the seabass with roasted vegetables and the marinated duck breast with broccoli, carrot mousse and plum chutney. Whatever you order, it’s more than likely you will also meet the chef. Her involvement, not only in the kitchen but also with welcoming guests and explaining the dishes, is definitely an advantage.
