Biutiful Downtown brings the concept of a contemporary pub initially started in the Old Center to the neighborhood of Timpuri Noi. The atmosphere is energizing and the design, eclectic, no corner without something to lay your eyes on. The same for the menu – a mix & match meant to satisfy a variety of tastes. The pork rib Pan flute is a good example: the meat is tender and juicy, spicy and well-balanced by the cabbage and carrot slaw that accompanies it. Dessert is a must – more specifically, the famous Mitzu, a reinterpretation of the childhood’s macaroon, with roasted walnuts, vanilla custard and caramel. The drinks menu is generous as well, with options for wine, beer or fine spirits aficionados.
