Blue Acqua stays true to the seaside theme starting with the fluid shapes of the building and terrace, specifically built for the restaurant, down to the anchors, fish nets, and smallest design details. The menu invites you to embark on a Romanian aquatic journey, with freshwater and saltwater fish, some ubiquitous international seafood (but also a few backup options – chicken, pork). For a regional starter, try the griddled fish balls, full of crunchy herbs. The oven-baked trout fillet with onion and olive relish is a juicy and light option. The urban oasis vibe, with ample spaces and music down low, make it ideal for a romantic dinner or a celebration with friends.
