The menu is original, reflecting the personality of the chef, and offers a rounded experience, with a Southern French accent. Artichoke hummus served with warm asparagus and toasted bread, tuna steak in a black and white sesame crust with black radish, fish row and water cress or white chocolate cake with salted caramel crunch and raspberry coulis are amongst the uniquely designed dishes. The bistro is also well equipped for prolonged evenings, offering a wide variety of wines, cocktails, juices and lemonades.
