The restaurant will be re-visited before the next edition of the Gault&Millau guide. _____________ Chef: Ștefan SĂRMĂȘAN Outside, there’s a quiet garden and a closed dining space, with wood furniture and a bar. Inside the old building, the atmosphere is up to date, warm and cozy – there is a fireplace, lots of smaller rooms, and even a veranda. The menu follows the lead – modern twists, use of local ingredients. Beside the various options covering all tastes, from steaks to pastas and pizzas, you will also find some creative dishes, such as the flounder with salmon mousse wrapped in a chard leaf, or satisfying ones, like the marinated pork with fresh avocado and tomato salad served with a basket of pita bread. The meal is completed by a wide range of wines and a beautiful selection of spirits, cocktails and homemade lemonades.
