Chef: Valeria NECULA If it’s lunch time and you feel like having something special, yet in a place where you don’t have to worry about the etiquette, Bistro 27 is the right spot. The menu is generous, offering a nice selection of homemade pasta, fresh salads, soups, and heartier mains. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere created by the decorative tree trunks, take a peek in the meat fridge display in case you’re thinking of a Black Angus steak, cooked simply with Maldon salt flakes, or choose the pork tenderloin in a crunchy crust, with sweet potatoes boldly flavored with black truffle. And for a satisfying ending, a creamy tiramisu. Discover more about Bistro 27 on our new local gastronomy platform. Chef: Mohamed ALAASFOUR In an interwar house in the city center, Bibliotheque welcomes its guests from the first coffee of the morning to the end of the day. The terrace overlooking the buzzing Victoria pedestrian street and the friendly interior, with its bare red brick walls, are teeming around lunch and in the evening. The menu is broad and ranges from light appetizers, such as spring rolls or hummus, to burgers, beef steaks or rabbit. A griddle seared salmon fillet with a mushroom mix and citrus sauce and, for dessert, a Giboulet à la Chef with cherries, zabaglione sauce and almond flakes are perfect dishes for brunch or an early dinner, to be enjoyed in the company of a glass of wine.
