Contemporary and elegant, Chef Galerie is where Gigi Bulbuc combines classic cooking techniques with modern elements, for a cosmopolitan urban dining experience. Good quality ingredients are allowed to shine in a dish such as the duck liver with pear compote and grapes, subtly flavored with basil, or the tequila and lime octopus – tender and well-seasoned. You should not skip dessert – specifically, the reinterpreted Pavlova, with the meringues layered with fresh whipped cream, in an invigorating crème anglaise. The wine list easily complements any meal, and the service is professional and highly attentive.
