Not far from Floreasca Square, Chefs Experience first draws attention with its modern design dotted with assumed kitschy accents – custom made tables, golden chandeliers, printed upholstery on chairs, and a lush plastic vegetation, which all somehow work together. But what makes this place special is the menu – that changes regularly, along with the chefs invited to take over the kitchen. For instance, with Cătălin Scărlătescu in command, a relevant meal could start with the flavorful teriyaki chicken, necessarily followed by a serving of fresh mussels, and to finish, a creamy and delicate dessert such as the Bourbon vanilla mousse with Belgian chocolate.
