Cimbru is the perfect reason to get out of the city’s busy center – a small restaurant, as unassuming from the outside as it is full of surprises. Everything here reflects the chef’s vision, so the menu is short and full of character. If you’re a newcomer, don’t miss on their already famous beef tagliata. The sea bass fillet with buttery couscous and creamy edamame mash with truffles, or the lemony risotto with fennel and mussels are more complex and overall harmonious mains. Vegetarians will also be happy here with the fried polenta and vegetables in curry sauce. Desserts are creative and delicious – take the fried semolina cake with chocolate and pistachio cream, pistachios and strawberry dust.
