On the way to Olimp you will encounter a Provençal oasis: the Clos de Colombes winery. Here you can prolong the pleasure of a wine tasting with a vacation in one of the garden houses, and a mandatory visit to the restaurant. The domain is the 20-year project of Anne Marie Rosenberg, who will welcome you in a Romanian deeply colored by a French accent, just as her menu – a play of local and French influences, with dishes such as Chapo, a reinterpreted cheburek, with exotic fillings such as foie gras, candied citric fruit, black rice, and coconut milk. The wine produced here not only accompanies the meal, it becomes a star – in the sauce for the beef tenderloin, as well as the famous chocolate fondant with Terra Rossa sorbet.
