CUIB means “nest” and this homey restaurant respects the promise set by its name: a lush garden, with a few tables between fruit trees and vegetable beds, a small and charming house, and a relaxed atmosphere. This nurturing feeling is also present in the menu, where local ingredients are highlighted by the simple recipes, designed with care for the environment and the local community. You must try the oven-baked crȇpes, filled with light cream cheese, fresh mushrooms, and flax seeds that create a pleasant texture play, along a tomato salad that seems to come straight from the garden. Wines are exclusively local, and craft beers are also available by the pint. The service is fast and friendly.
