Inspired by the old printing press that used to operate on the ground floor of this beautiful downtown apartment building, Energiea reinvented itself into a cool urban pub, where people loudly socialize over good drinks and food. The gastro-pub style menu lists a selection of meat and vegetables dishes. To get your hands dirty and belly full, go for the baked chicken wings with sweet chili dipping; or the marinated pork ribs with the already famous French fries. In the drinks department, the homemade lemonades and ice teas are always a good choice, same as the gin mixes – the Brockmans, with homemade blueberry puree, coriander and fresh blackberries is definitely worth a try.
