Changing the menu weekly means it’s always a nice surprise to be at Enotek, a wine shop where you can also dine. The restaurant collaborates with different chefs, Răzvan Exarhu and Liviu Chiorpec among others, to create a French-international menu. The duck pâté, served with homemade bread, is smooth and creamy, complemented by rose hip jam and orange confit – just a nice amount of spicy bitterness to tie everything together. The Atlantic cod is served with fresh sprouts and smooth green pea puree. The duck, with black lentils in coconut milk, topped with tossed raw zucchini ribbons. While the wine by the glass offer is limited (just one per color), these are also rotated weekly.
