Chef: Zoran SAVIĆ With a modern design focused on comfort – plush armchairs, light wood, and discrete lighting –, friendly staff, and warm atmosphere, Fish House is a Mediterranean seafood restaurant where freshness is key. The recipes created by the Croatian Zoran Savić are always highlighted by surprising elements, such as the tuna tartare with ginger and lime, or the house smoked salmon, served with apples and horseradish. You will also find some dishes inspired by the Croatian cuisine, such as the “white” Buzara, where the original recipe (garlic, wine, parsley) is enhanced by the addition of sour cream, ginger and lemongrass. The wine menu is dominated by white and rosé labels, from Romania, Italy or France.
