Frudisiac

L'avis de Gault&Millau

Chef: Alexandru BURLAC A wildly popular destination on weekend noons (despite the culinary development of the area), the Scandinavian-inspired Frudisiac serves finely made coffees, fresh juices, and light meals, well-prepared and served. The short menu features fika and smørrebrød items – freshly baked granola with yogurt and red fruits, avo-toast or three-mushroom toast. The pancakes with ricotta and lemon are a great pick-me-upper (no overpowering baking soda), and the chickpea shakshouka just asks to be scooped up with crispy sourdough bread (all from Rue du Pain, Frudisiac’s French sister) The daily menu is another reason to keep coming back, as it features simple yet extremely satisfying items such as duck confit salad.
