Chef: Petru PASCARIU The homey atmosphere, lively and vibrant, is instantly felt and confirmed by the numerous families with children that regularly come at Gourmet Pizza. Baked in a wood fired oven, the pizza comes in many shapes – from combinations that will satisfy any purist due to the quality of ingredients, to some more adventurous (apples and gorgonzola, pears and pecorino). Melanzane & n’duja is a successful creative mix, with eggplant, arugula, and a spicy, bold, typical Calabrese pork paste. The menu goes beyond pizzas, with Italian dishes such as the aged beef tagliata and typical desserts, together with a good wine selection.
