Comfortable and welcoming, Haute Pepper is a bistro well suited for a business lunch. The menu covers the European cuisine, and offers a variety of options – from breakfast to salads and pasta, burgers, fish and seafood. If you’re in the mood for a more refined dish, choose the Royal bream – the fish is delicate and well prepared, balanced by the crunchy asparagus and wine sauce. And the crème brûlée is an always surprising dessert, since it’s constantly reinterpreted according to season – in this case, with green apple and cheese mousse, which brings an unusual but pleasant tanginess.
