Located in a historical building in the old center of Sibiu, Hochmeister is a destination for both tourists and locals in search for a quality experience. That, in a bright and carefully designed setting, with subtle details. The menu reunites local and Central European recipes, such as the Saxon noodle soup, the duck leg with orange sauce and red cabbage, or the boiled cottage cheese dumplings (papanași), but it also includes a small Italian section (pizza, pasta) and an international one – chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. The wine selection favors wineries from neighboring areas, with a pairing recommendation for each dish.
