Indigo offers a truly Indian experience in a homey and comfortable atmosphere, also thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. It’s not the creativity, but authenticity that matters most, as seen in the menu that stays true to original recipes. The Aloo Tikki fried potato balls, served with a tangy tamarind sauce, perfectly set the scene for a rich main such as the Chicken Madras with Saffron Rice, with the tender meat cooked in a creamy, fragrant sauce – if you’re courageous, you can always ask for extra spicy. The traditional desserts are not to be skipped on this journey – the Mango Phirni with pistachios, dried fruits, and mango is a multi-textured, cardamom and saffron flavored experience.
