Situated on the banks of Herăstrău lake, Isoletta reflects the area’s personality both through the Mediterranean cuisine, and the atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection of fish and seafood, regularly brought from Italy – freshness and simplicity are key. For a delicate starter, try the Saint Jacques scallops, tender and creamy, served with truffle sauce or pesto, while the John Dory in an almond crust with lemon and butter sauce brings a nice play of textures. An element of originality is Banana Sorpresa, the house special dessert. Not recommended for those who favor moderate sweetness, it offers an intense experience – from banana slices in caramel sauce, to warm vanilla cream in a crunchy pastry.
