For some, dining at the Marriott might sound a bit intimidating, but the atmosphere here is quite relaxed, the service is good without being intruding, and the menu is short, focused on the essential: steaks. The beef is mostly from the US, with some Australian and Wagyu cuts, and execution is at high standards. The New York Strip Steak is a good example: buttery flavor, tender texture, with just the right amount of fat and juiciness. For beef cooked differently, try the slow-cooked short ribs – the meat falls off the bone just by looking at it. The drinks menu is quite extensive, with a beautiful wine selection but also classical cocktails, whiskeys and bourbons, for an all-American experience.
