Chef: Ion CRIHAN Situated in an interwar villa from the Copou neighborhood, Krud is a restaurant that also serves as a grocery store, with products “picked and chosen” from all parts of the country. Locally sourced ingredients are in the spotlight, but you will also find some international elements on the menu. For instance, the avocado with orange sauce – a nice combination of textures, due to the seared fruit, complemented by homemade potato chips. The aged beef is locally sourced – the panko crusted sirloin, perfectly seasoned, is a good option. The wine list features various Romanian and Moldavian labels, with some options by the glass.
