Chef: Daniel BOTA Focused on the traditional Transylvanian cuisine, Kulinarium reflects its rich history first through the décor. Saxon plates and crates and Anatolian kilims bring a nice touch of color to the place, with access to the Piața Mică and Huet Squares. Beside Transylvanian dishes, the menu also offers a small Italian section (pasta, pizza). The polenta and cheese Bulz from the Mărginime is served in a clay pot, sizzling hot, topped with two quail eggs and a side of thick sour cream. Another well-executed classic is the hearty Hungarian beef goulash, with homemade spaetzli. The wine list is surprising, with Romanian labels selected in blind tastings attended by professionals and passionate customers.
