Located near the train station in Bacău, La Bettola proposes the typical atmosphere of an Italian tavern, with brick walls decorated with Tuscan landscapes, checkered table clothes, and a menu that represents all classics – homemade pasta, wood oven pizza and focaccia, as well as Northern Italy influences. The pear and pecorino tagliatelle are a more delicate version of pasta, well balanced by the fresh pepper. The tuna in sesame crust is worth a mention, and the hazelnut cream tiramisu offers a well-deserved indulgence. The wine menu reunites Romanian labels and a coherent selection of Italian wines. The attentive service is a plus for the many families that come here.
