La Finca Alioli
L'avis de Gault&Millau
Chef: Anne Marie PASĂRE
La Finca Alioli is just what a Spanish family restaurant should be – cozy with a rustic touch, a big terrace, welcoming staff and authentic food, which features tried and true recipes and ingredients. The paella alone might take you several visits, since there are nine types of it. But you can also try the slow-cooked veal with red wine sauce, a hearty dish that could’ve come straight from a Spanish kitchen. The eggy creamy desserts are a must, be it a Crema Catalana or a rich Flan de Turrón with caramelized almonds. The drinks menu is another strong point – not only for the Spanish wines, but also for the generous selection of gins, which makes La Finca Alioli one of the best places in town for a gin and tonic.
