Le Premier welcomes you in an elegant yet relaxed setting: warm colors, fresh flowers hung on the pillars and on the tables, timeless lounge music. The terrace is an asset, with its view to the beach, Tomis harbor, and to the white boats flecked sea. The menu is short and well designed, with international influences and premium ingredients such as the blue crab. The wakame seaweed enhance the tuna tartare with red peppers and mango, while the Saint Jacques scallops are firm and accompanied by a green pea puree and a truffle risotto. The wine selection is above average, with mostly Romanian, French, and Italian labels. The professional service adds to an overall pleasant experience.
