A concept initiated by Mega Image in the Agora Floreasca food court, Maison des Chefs is a versatile space with a contemporary design, which integrates a wine gallery, a cheese department, a bakery and pastry section powered by the ARC Bakery, and a restaurant area. The first chef to sign the menu of this concept-restaurant is Alexandru Iacob (the 2018 winner of the Gault&Millau “Great Chefs of Tomorrow” award). The proposition is concise, well-thought and executed, so that the simplest of dishes get elevated by the interesting choice of ingredients. Take for instance, the chicken breast with roasted beet and a mango and mustard dressing, or the homemade tortellini with mascarpone and truffle sauce.
