Chef: Silviu CHELARU Charming and welcoming, Manger offers a modern approach to the European cuisine through a short menu, featuring well-executed dishes, with a touch of personality. Such are the fettuccine with slow-cooked beef, fork-tender and perfectly seasoned. The salmon with spinach, kohlrabi and green peas is refreshing, and the addition of cream cheese with dill enhances the dish. The Apple Terrine is a tarte Tatin looking type of dessert, with caramelized apples and a crunchy biscuit base. The wine menu, although limited, reunites several Romanian wineries and is carefully designed to match any meal. Manger clearly puts a lot of thought and effort both in the kitchen and in the dining room, and it promises great potential.
