Part of the Carnivale Food Market, MEATic is Adrian Hădean’s Bucharest playground – a casual lunch place with a surprising daily menu, cooked live with good quality ingredients, infused with Romanian tradition (orache sour soup) and creative interventions (kasha risotto). Flavor is at the forefront – the chicken roll is stuffed with fragrant herbs and served with a creamy Andalusian sauce, while the Argentinian style beef steak Picanha is thoroughly marinated in spices, making a pool of sweet savory juices as you slice through the tender meat and fat. As for the drinks, beside the market’s common menu, MEATic also offers a nice selection of local and international wines, served by the glass.
