Muura is a friendly steakhouse in the buzzing pedestrian old center of Cluj. The menu revolves around good meat as a foundation for fairly simple dishes prepared with high quality produce. A relevant starter is the Black Angus beef tartare, spicy, with capers, red onions and pickles, where the freshness of the meat freely stands out. Steaks are obviously at the heart of the menu, but you could also go for the turkey breast served with a reinvented ratatouille. A dessert that shouldn’t be skipped is the homemade apple pie with vanilla custard – fully caramelized, creamy and rich. The friendly staff will readily recommend you a wine to accompany your choice of meats or any other dish.
