Pata Negra will take you on a Spanish culinary trip, set in an elegant décor surrounded by a lush garden. Classics such as the Basque style pinchos (tapas to share), and, of course, paellas, are carefully executed and make an honest proposition. Both seafood and meat are well represented: squid in green salsa and lemon, Iberian pork with Oporto sauce, suckling pig of Segovia or delicatessen such as morcilla sausages and jamón ibérico. A great example of powerful simplicity is the ox tail with mashed potatoes and sugar cane reduction, where simple ingredients create a real, rustic delight. For a sweet ending, choose a bombón or a carajillo from the coffee menu. True to the concept, the wines are all Spanish.
