Part of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Prime Steaks & Seafood borrows its restrained elegance, which makes it the perfect restaurant for a business lunch or a romantic dinner. The Duo of Foie Gras is a refined starter, with the duck liver cooked two ways – grilled and as a paté –, and balanced by a chili jam. Steaks of beef from Argentina, Uruguay but also Romania are cooked to order and perfectly so, and enjoy the company of various homemade mustards and sauces. As for fish dishes, the Mediterranean Bream is a more than convincing option. The wine selection is broad – and presented on a tablet, with descriptions and pairing recommendations.
