Whatever the reason that brought you in Târgu Mureș, Privo is a mandatory destination. Situated at the ground floor of the homonymous hotel, awarded for its minimalist design, the restaurant proposes a modern and elegant experience. The menu is international, with some local elements such as the brook trout from Lăpușna. The tender fish is elevated by the caper and citric fruits sauce, and comes with potato doughnuts. The Tiramisu Bomb is a surprise – a chocolate sphere flambéed at the table with Sambuca, thus melting to reveal a moist, creamy tiramisu. The wine list is extensive and exceptionally well-thought, with Romanian and international labels and more than plenty options by the glass.
