Sardin

L'avis de Gault&Millau

Chef: Dan Liviu PRODAN A refuge from the city center’s hustle and bustle, with a generous and carefully designed space, with natural materials – wood, mostly –, yellow colored touches, and details such as the chandeliers made of kitchen utensils, Sardin will transport you to the shores of the Mediterranean. The menu is simple and true to the theme. The tuna tartare is a good start, as the fresh fish is boosted by crunchy salt and chili flakes, and balanced by a smooth avocado puree. To remember (and taste) are the pasta – fresh, homemade, just as the desserts, which all include homemade ice cream. The wine list reunites labels from various regions of Italy, as well as local options.
