Toujours is a small family restaurant, warm and welcoming, which allows you to explore cuisines from around the world, with stops in famous destinations such as France and the Mediterranean, Asia, and America. From the French section of the menu we recommend the Caviar Pork Belly – the tender meat has a crispy crust and comes with a smooth potato puree, everything beautifully tied together by the truffle sauce and caviar. The Asian Tempura is remarkable due to the freshness of the vegetables, highlighted by the preparation and balanced by a wasabi soy sauce. You could stay in Asia for dessert too, with a reinterpreted white chocolate and lemon tart.
