Chef: Marius-Cristian GIUGLEA This little corner coffee shop (with coffee from Origo) serves a handful of simple breakfast and lunch dishes, with an attention to detail visible in the clean, bright design, but most importantly in the quality of the locally sourced ingredients. The creamy cashew nuts hummus served with local burduf cheese and a citric infused salad is a fine veggie starter, while the poached eggs with salmon marinade make a great choice for fish lovers. The marinade is homemade using a mix of beetroot, horseradish and vodka, and can also be purchased from the grocery store section of the shop. Finally, the French toast with a mascarpone basil lime filling and fresh berries on top will not disappoint.
