Beside the standard menu, which ranges from homemade pastas to game meat, Via also presents a monthly seasonal menu that showcases the chef’s creativity. The foie gras with rosemary focaccia, pickled white onions and sour cherry sauce offers a beautiful combination, as does the sea bass with barley risotto and green pea and mint sauce – a complete experience for all senses. The wine list is well crafted and marries well with the menu, adding to a memorable experience in a lovely pedestrian area at the heart of the city.
