Minimalist yet cozy, Via 29 strives to satisfy all tastes with wellcooked dishes, not lacking in personal touches. Beside the wide selection of pizzas and homemade pastas, you will find more complex dishes such as the duck liver with baked apples, served on a bed of cold spinach and topped with fried onion rings. The lamb shank on mashed potatoes with brown sauce and vegetables is a comforting classic, and the papanași doughnuts with yogurt and a passion fruit coulis bring a refreshing twist to a traditional Romanian dessert. A good balance and a promising future for this welcoming establishment.
