L'avis de Gault&Millau
Chef: Vladimir CURNIC Self-titled a “Sushi & Teppanyaki” restaurant, Yoshi goes beyond the two specialties and proposes an exploration of Japanese cuisine, through an extensive menu signed by Vladimir Curnic. Choosing might get difficult – from miso and ramen to tempuras, yakitori, yakiniku (barbecue) or kaiseki, the traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. When it comes to sushi, the Sapporo set offers a good mix of traditional pieces (blue tuna or shrimps nigiri/maki) and modern ingredients (parmesan or arugula). In the teppanyaki section, the chicken with two types of mushrooms and the typical sweet-salty garlic sauce is a simple and well-made choice. There is a good selection of Japanese teas proposed by Livada cu Ceai.
